MENTAL;;Personality:
Often times Lana speaks her mind, not exactly thinking too much before blurting out what is going on. She is motivated by horses and wanting to help them as much as she can. If she thinks you are doing something wrong to your horse, she won't be afraid to call you out on it. As a matter of fact, she isn't afraid to call anyone out for anything. Lana has a specific way of thinking and if someone doesn't think the way she does, she has a hard time keeping her thoughts to herself. Although she can have a sharp tongue, Lana is extremely nice. She loves kids and will do anything she can to go out of her way to be kind to strangers, of any age. She is learning to bite her tongue and so her sharp words have been kept to herself recently, though it is a habit that she struggles with. Lana loves to laugh and smile, always trying to cheer everyone up around her. She is nearly always happy-go-lucky although she does struggle with self-esteem issues every once in a while. Around horses, she is quiet and always uses soft body language, catching her around a horse is really the only time she will shut up, unless of course she is rattling off to no end, spilling her thoughts to any horse that needs comforting. She will put her life on the line to do anything for horses and won't quit until she believes the horse will be completely safe.

PAST;;History:
Lana was born an only child to a loving mother and an abusive father. Her father was hardly ever home, but when he was home he was usually completely intoxicated. He used to beat both Lana and her mother, calling them hurtful names (thus how she has self-esteem issues). Lana found her love of horses one day when she had to get away from her house (8 years old). She found that the only way she was calm and felt safe was in the company of a horse. Her parents had quite a bit of money and started paying for her to take lessons (mostly her mother) as soon as she asked to. She spent days on end for years at the stables, just spending time away from home.
As she went on to start high school, her love for horses didn't fail. She decided when she was only a sophomore that she wanted to go to a college called Lake Erie College that was only thirty minutes from home. Her father ended up dying when Lana was 17, and to Lana, she couldn't have been happier. As soon as she turned 18 and graduated high school she packed up her bags and never looked back.
She got to college and fell in love with a Palomino Quarter Horse with a knack for jumping when she was 18. Her mother bought him for her and she spent her whole college career training and competing on him. Her horse, Hightide in Tucson or Tucson for short, was only three when she bought him. She trained him with the help of the staff at her college. Her major was known as teacher/trainer, all to do with equestrian.
She graduated college with her major and moved straight away from Ohio. She still keeps in touch with her mother, but her and her horse were better together when they were out of that state. She read about Saving Grace Ranch online and knew instantly that this was the place where she needed to be.
